Margot is the “new” Sue. When I advertised her position I wrote: “Wanted, dental assistant, preferably old and cranky to join my old and cranky team”. Margot was so perfectly qualified I hired her on the spot. OK, that’s probably an exaggeration. She’s not quite cranky enough to fit in seamlessly, but a few more years sitting next to me I think she’ll get there.  She was with her previous practice for north of 30 years. Best I can tell from the stories she tells they were a bunch of (p)Ricks who didn’t appreciate her. She’s still working for a (p)Rick, but I sure as hell appreciate her. She’s old school loyal and dedicated,  easy going, great with the patients and a lot of fun to be with. I’m very lucky to have her. Oh, and can you believe this? She’s Jeanne Little’s niece! The old people will know who I’m talking about. Darlings……
